Coca Cola versus Fruit Juice!

I was having a discussion with someone last week who was arguing that there is just as much sugar in fruit juice as there is in a can of regular Coca Cola, and that as such, it meant that both the juice and cola were just as fattening for you. Is this true?

I got back to New Zealand a couple of weeks ago...and what an intensive couple of weeks it has been...and no relief in sight! For the next few weeks at least.

We had expected to have gone 'live' on the first of October with our new much improved site. There have been five specialist people working on it full time for almost 4 months! But...it is getting close...maybe as soon as 10 days...I hope. :)

Malnourished...with fruit and veges?

This is a concept that you may have difficulty in accepting. Nonetheless it is one that I have been preaching for years and has now been confirmed by studies showing people in the US, Canada and the UK are amongst the most malnourished in the world. This is the case in spite of obesity reaching epidemic proportions in the US. Malnourishment is without doubt a leading factor in a wide variety of health problems including cancers.

Does this mean that overweight people are eating all the food to the detriment of the rest of the population?
